• For, dermatology services, we accept Medicare and we take patients covered by a Medicare Advantage PPO Plans as an out-of-network practice. We will submit a claim to your insurance plan which typically covers the claim. You may have a balance depending on the exact coverage as determined by your insurance plan.

• We are NOT in network with any Medicare Advantage HMO Plans.

• You are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or remaining balances. Please call your insurance company before booking.

• We are NOT in contract with any commercial health insurance. We bill patients with commercial health insurance and self-pay patients through our direct pay preferred pricing rates. For specific amounts, please see our pricing page before booking.

• Our primary care services are offered through our concierge membership program. For additional information, please call our office at 954-463-5406.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with a 24-hour notice to avoid a $100 no-show or late cancellation fee.
